S50:
Offering through beam, proximity and retroreflex polarized optic functions, available with both LED and laser emission models, radial and axial optics, 2m cable or M12 4-pole connection in plastic housing. Available in DC version offering excellent solutions for all industrial applications, presenting a flat plastic housing with 2 fixing holes to guarantee excellent mounting flexibility.
S50M:
Suitable for all the industrial applications. Offering through beam, proximity and retroreflex polarized optic functions, available with both LED and laser emission models, radial and axial optics, 2m cable or M12 4-pole connection. Available in DC version with both metal or plastic housing.
S51:
Most cost-effective detection solution with wide range application suitable for all industries. The axial or radial optics adaptive to the mechanical part of the plant.
S5:
Offering a range of plastic tubular M18 photoelectric sensors.The most varied optic functions can be chosen amongst the fixed focus 15 mm and 50 mm or diffuse proximity models with short, medium or long operating distances reaching 60 cm; the 4 m retroreflex, 3 m polarised retroreflex and 1 m for detection of transparent materials; the 12 m through beam and models with fibre-optic connection.
S15:
A photoelectric sensor basic line offering through beam, proximity and retroreflex polarized optic functions without sensitivity adjustment, also available with 2m cable or pig-tail M12 4-pole connection, short plastic housing, only 40mm, suitable for reduced-space applications, IP69K mechanical protection.
S10:

A background suppression line in metal or plastic housing, red LED emission, radial and axial optics, 2m cable or M12 4-pole connection, offering excellent reading performances independently from the object color due to triangulation technology, with distance adjustment setting.
Datalogic Photoelectric - Miniature Sensors
S8M53 Shiny:
Seamless detection of clear transparent objects by means of a photoelectric sensor with background suppression optic function. Glass or plastic clear objects such as
bottles, vials, packaging films, etc. can be easily detected in diffuse mode even in presence of shiny and reflective backgrounds. This breakthrough technology offers many improvements with respect to previous systems based on polarized retro-reflex photoelectric or even ultrasonic sensors.
S3Z:
A basic sensor line offering through beam, retroreflex polarized, proximity and background suppression models with red LED emission, also available with trimmer adjustment in M8 4-pole or 2m cable connection.
S8:
The S8 series is able to solve the most critical sensor applications,
a solution for packaging lines, food and beverage industries, automotive, test and assembling machines and electronic plants. Laser models with coaxial polarized retroreflex and background suppression are available. Base models with LED emission are also offered featuring polarized retroreflex, diffuse proximity, background suppression, coaxial polarized retroreflex for transparents and RGB contrast sensors.
SMall:
A basic sensor line offering through beam, retroreflex polarized and accurate fixed focus proximity models able to guarantee very precise detection, with red LED emission to simplify installation procedures, suitable for applications with reduced spaces.
S41:
A basic sensor line offering through beam, retroreflex polarized and proximity models with both red or IR LED emission, also available with or without trimmer adjustment and M8 4-poles or 2m cable connection.
S40:
A vast photoelectric sensor line offering through beam, retroreflex polarized and proximity models with both red LED and red laser emission, teach-in setting available also in a REMOTE mode, laser models are able to guarantee high repeatability of detection due to a very collimated spot associated with high switching frequency.
S3:
A basic sensor line offering through beam, retroreflex polarized and proximity models with both red or IR LED emission, also available in radial or axial version with trimmer adjustment, M8 4-pole or 2m cable connection.
Datalogic Photoelectric - FO Amplifier
S7:
With slim 10mm body, the S7 series represent the ideal solution for all applications requiring high-accurate sensing combined with very compact dimensions. The high resolution 12 bit amplifier has a response time of 50µs with a switching frequency of 10Khz, making the S7 series perfect for ultra-high precision detection. Installation and setting is easy and rapid. Sensor presents an adjustment system offering remote setting, keylock and activation of the output OFF delay function. S7 series are also available with multiturn trimmer models for applications where cost reduction is important.
Datalogic Photoelectric - Compact
S62:
Developed in the 50*50*18 mm compact plastic housing, the S62 series offers the maximum performances in the main optic detection functions for industrial automation. With LED or laser emission, the background suppression models range from 30cm to 2m. The polarized retroreflex models with visible red LED emission can reach 20m with high excess gain against reflection.
S6:
Offering the most complete universal sensor range in the compact 50*50 mm housing. The operating distance can be set to the optimal value in each model: 2m diffuse proximity, 25cm or 50cm background suppression, 5m polarized retroreflex, 1m retroreflex versions for transparent objects and 20m through beam.
S60:
Standard 50*50*15mm compact housing, offering all the most advanced optic functions, with safety class 1 laser emission. The series represents a complete range of models: retroreflex with coaxial optics and polarization filters for the detection of shiny and/or transparent objects, background and foreground suppression, contrast sensors with white light emission for the detection of coloured marks, the sensor with UV emission for the detection of luminescence references and the distance sensor with analogue output.
S90:
In a compact 41*49*15mm metal housing, the S90 series includes polarized retroreflex models with coaxial optics for the detection of reflective and transparent objects, background and foreground suppression versions, contrast sensor with white light emission for colour mark detection, ultraviolet sensor for luminescent object detection.
Datalogic Photoelectric - Maxi
S300:
Advanced MAXI photoelectric sensors are the most suitable solutions for critical applicationswith excellent performance and resistance in harsh working conditions (operating temperatures ranging from -40 to 55C). 4 differnet models with through beam optical function up to 60m, polarized retroreflex at 22m, diffused proximity at 5m and background suppression at 2.5m. All the models are avaialble both Vdc from 10 to 30V and Vac/Vdc free-voltage from 24 to 240V versions.
S2:
Enclosed in sturdy plastic housings, developed to guarantee the complete protection of the control panel and connection terminals.
S20:
Offering all the basic optic functions at the highest operating distance presenting models with 50cm background suppression with micro-processor-based Teach -in setting or, with trimmer adjustment, 10m polarized retroreflex, 2m diffuse proximity and 50m emitter-receiver optic functions.
S2Z:

Datalogic Photoelectric - Slot
SR21:
The slot sensors of the SR21 series, with 2mm slot width, are characterized by a high 12 bit (4096 steps) resolution, a low 20 µs response time and a switching frequency reaching 25kHz. The SR21-IR model with infrared emission is ideal for label or hole detection on continuous surfaces, while the SR21-RG model with double red or green emission suits colour print register mark detection on transparent films for automatic packaging.
SR22:
The 2mm slot sensors are the most cost effective solutions for label detection on reels. The infrared LED emission allows to detect over even darker or thicker supports, while the low response time of only µs allows to reach a 10kHz switching frequency in the faster labeling processes.
SRF:
Characterized by an excellent precision thanks to the red LED emission offering solutions reaching 0.3mm. The particular U shape with opposite receiver and emitter units, together with the high resistance of the metal housing, make monitoring extremely simple and rapid, guaranteeing reliable functioning as well as shock and vibration resistance.
Datalogic Photoelectric - Luminescence
LD46
: The high power and definition of the LD46 sensor light spot enable the detection of critical targets with a very poor or non-homogenous or discontinued luminescent level, as for example on raw wood, corrugated carton, fabric, ceramic tiles.
LD50:
The LD50 sensors can find typical applications on packaging machinery for food, cosmetic or pharmaceutical goods, for the detection of papermade luminescent targets, like labels on reflective surface or sheets placed inside transparent or semi-open boxes.
LDµ:
The LDµ luminescence sensors emit ultraviolet light and detect only visible light converted and reflected from fluorescent objects or marks, independent from the background's colour and surface. The sensor can reach a 75mm operating distance and a 2kHz switching frequency with the UV high power emission.
Datalogic Photoelectric - Contrast
TL46
: The TL46 contrast sensorseries is characterized by excellent performances in terms of resolution due to a RGB LEDs emission, low response time and high switching speed. The sensor, developed in a sturdy metal housing with standard fixing, is available in 3 different version. TL46-W basic version with 2 set push-buttons and 2 LEDs indicator, TL46-WL standard version has set 3 push-buttons, 4 LEDs indicator and bar graph is also available for manual setting of the threshold and TL46-WLF enhanced version presents a 4-digit display for the setting of the most advanced functions, such as dynamic acquisition of the contrast mark. The sensor reaches the maximum market performances at 30kHz switching frequency.
TLµ:
The TLµ contrast sensor series offers solutions for all detection applications of register marks and other neutral or colored references. The microprocessor-based setting can be either 'Teach-in' using two push-buttons or 'Remote' by cable. The LED emission can be red/green with automatic selection, or white offering the possibility of operating on all contrasts. Models with interchangeable 9mm or 18mm lenses are available. Whereas 22, 28 and 50mm lenses are supplied as accessories. Many different fiber optic models are available. The output is NPN or PNP according to the model, but can always be selected using an internal switch. An analog output proportional to the received light is also present.
TL50:
The TL50 contrast sensor line offers the best solution for all the applications where cost reduction is requested, without compromising the excellent detection performances. The optimized optics of these sensors, the RGB LED emission with automatic color selection and the very fine resolution, allow the detection of the weakest contrast of colors or grayscale between mark and background, or between different objects or surfaces. The high resolution is not a limit for the detection speed, reaching 33ms response time and 15kHz switching frequency.
S65-W:
The S65-W contrast sensor series offers, in a sturdy standard compact 50x50mm ABS housing with IP67 mechanical protection, an advanced contrast sensor for the detection of register marks and other neutral or colored targets. The state-of-the-art technology with wide-spectrum white LED emission guarantees the detection of all contrasts. The control panel presents three push-buttons for easy and immediate setting and a 4-digit display that indicates the configuration parameters and the level of received signal without the need of connecting external devices. Models with only one NPN or PNP switching output are available, or with RS485 serial interface for data transmission as well as an analog monitoring output proportional to the received light intensity.
Datalogic Photoelectric - Colour
S65-V:
The S65-V color sensors offer the best performances for color detection in a compact housing. The S65-V, thanks to a good response time of only 340μs, results to be particularly suitable for automatic packaging applications, quality control and part checking in the process production. The sensors can memorize and recognize 3 colors on 3 independent channels. The auxiliary functions include keylock and synchronization with external events through a specific input. The control panel presents two setting push-buttons, outputs LEDs and a 4-digit display for functioning messages and sensor configuration. Complete remote control is possible for the version with the RS485 serial interface.
Datalogic Photoelectric - Area Sensors
AS1:
The photoelectric light grid of the AS1 series are cross-beam area sensors able to detect all objects, with even 0.2mm thickness, inside a 100mm height, over operating distance reaching 3m between emitter and receiver. The AS1 area sensors represent the ideal solution for the detection of very small objects, even when passing in different positions inside the controlled height and width. Version with trimmer adjustment and optic synchronism between emitter and receiver unit are available. The distance between emitter and receiver can range from 0.3 up to 2.1m for the AS1-LD models and from 0.8 up to 3m for the AS1-HD models.
